The NWIBRT presented Middough with awards for having an OSHA total recordable injury rate below the national average, and for having a safety management system that meets or exceeds the requirements of the NWIBRT.
In recognition of exceptional safety performance for working with No Lost Time Injuries, 2007-2017 at the BP - Husky Toledo Refinery.
The Middough Philadelphia office has received safety awards from the State of New Jersey. Presented by the Governor’s Occupational Safety and Health Awards Program.
Recognition for achieving a 25 percent or greater reduction in OHSA recordable incidence rate in 2016 as compared to the previous three years.

Middough received a safety award for safe work at the BP-Husky Toledo Refinery. All contractors working at BP-Husky achieved a significant safety milestone, when they reached 8 years and 21 million Man Hours without a lost time injury.
Hours worked injury free at the Marathon Refinery in Canton Ohio.
The Middough Buffalo office is congratulated for reaching 1,000 day anniversary without an OSHA Contractor Recordable Injury, as a member of the contractor workforce at Olin.
Middough employee was recognized as “Employee of the Month” by the United in Safety (UIS) contractor safety council for work at BP – Husky Toledo Refinery.
For achieving Five Million Hours with no lost-time incidents, March 14, 2004 through July 25, 2009 at the Husky Lima Refinery.
