Mark Seifried, SVP & GM - Cleveland, OH & Buffalo, NY
CLEVELAND, Ohio (February 27, 2023) — Middough Inc. is proud to announce and welcome Mark Seifried, PE, PMP, as a Senior Vice President and General Manager of its Cleveland, OH, and Buffalo, NY offices.
Mark will oversee the daily operations of the two offices in collaboration with functional leaders. He will provide leadership for growth, strategic initiatives, relationship building, project execution, and resource management activities to achieve company goals and objectives for safety, quality, financial performance, and strategic development.

Mark is a second-generation engineer whose father was a PE who worked for Middough in the late 1980s. Following in his father’s footsteps as a licensed professional engineer, Mark brings over 20 years of experience in civil/structural design, integrated project delivery, and large-scale construction project controls consulting and coaching. His specialties include CPM scheduling development, updating, and expert reporting; change order, cost, schedule, and damage analysis; construction claims analysis/management and litigation support; advanced 4D BIM applications & field implementation; and Lean Construction techniques. Additionally, he has extensive experience with infrastructure and facility design projects and has managed various water and wastewater projects.

Outside of work, Mark has been a Member Volunteer for the Chagrin Valley Jaycees for over a decade and serves as Head Coach of the basketball, football, lacrosse, soccer, and baseball teams for the Kenston Community Education recreation program in Chagrin Falls, OH.
Mark holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing & Finance from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University.
